大小大きさ様々なパンプキンがお持ち帰り自由。また、フリーアップルサイダーとドーナツをエンジョイしました。

Crain's 2015 - Made in New York Food and Beverage Trade Show in Manhatta on 10/28/2015

Crain's New York Business - Made in New York - event was held at Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan on Wednesday, October 28th, 2015.
Co-Host: Taste of NY
This trade show featured New York businesses in the food and beverage industry, and provided educational sessions and panel discussions.
Crain’s Made in New York event is a one of a kind event which connects the food and beverage community of New York with retailers and buyers.
I enjoyed sample food & beverage made in NY.  It was soooooooooooooo nice!

Farmers Insurance NY Franklyn Square Agency office opening party : Saturday 10/17/2015

Timothy B. Derham & Franklyn Square Farmers had the Grand Opening of the new Franklyn Square Farmers Insurance Agency @ 167 Franklyn Ave.  It's very rare that one agent has opened 2 agencies in the same state.  There were special guests we had: New York State Senator Jack Martins and Lynn Wooley from the 9/11 Tribute Center.

10月14日（水）大手レンタルビル運営会社主催のブローカー感謝イベントに参加しました。
今回は特に、専用携帯アプリで当該物件の検索ができるというアナウンスがフューチャーされ、そこかしこで、早速アプリ登録する姿が見られました。

Dallien Realty holds first-time Buyers Seminar for Japanese Clients

NEW YORK, NY --- Oct. 5, 2015 ----- New York based boutique residential brokerage firm Dallien Realty (156 Fifth Avenue, 4^th Floor, New York, NY 10010) hosted a first- time Buyer’s Seminar for Japanese clients on September 24 and October 1 at the company’s Manhattan office.  Targeting first-time Japanese buyers looking to purchase residential properties New York City, the company presented a market overview and analysis.

The seminar was highlighted by an extensive analysis of the Manhattan condo market as well as a discussion of direction of the market into 2016 and beyond. The potential risk of rising interest rates coupled with a softening macro-economic environment was juxtaposed with a prevailing sense of the “flight to safety” in the supply constrained market of New York City. Also discussed were some of the potential challenges of purchasing as a Japanese citizen in New York and ways to mitigate them.

After the group seminar, attendees were invited to partake in one-on-one meetings with Dallien agents to address individual needs and questions.

In total, there were ten attendees across the two day seminar.   Feedback was positive, with one attendee remarking “This was a good opportunity to get information,” and another, ”I learned about the different mortgage rates available based on my US Visa/ Green card/ Citizenship status.”

米系不動産会社のダリアン・リアルティー（Dallien Realty: 156 Fifth Avenue, 4^th Floor, New York, NY 10010,　社長：Graham Jones・住宅開発業者 GRJ LLC 子会社）は、９月24日（木）と10月1日（木）の両日、午後 6時より、本社マンハッタンオフィスにて、日本人ファーストタイムバイヤー向け・不動産購入セミナーを開催しました。 今回のセミナーは、マンハッタンを中心とするニューヨーク市において、初めて不動産物件購入を検討されている方を対象に、不動産購入の基本的な知識やプロセスを、購入体験者の談を交えながら紹介するために開催されたものです。

最初は物件を購入する際の全体の流れ、次に各プロセスにおける注意点・ポイント・最新情報を説明し、最後に参加者の意見交換タイムとして、物件購入に対する悩みや疑問点・ＶＩＳＡ等米国在住ステイタスと購入・ローンの関係性などについてディスカッションを行いました。セミナー終了後は、希望者を対象に個別相談会を設けました。

2日間計10名の参加があり、参加者からは「Street Easy に出ている格安物件のからくりがわかった。」「ＶＩＳＡステイタスでローンレートが変わるなど、うっかり見落としてしまいがちなポイントを指摘してもらい参考になった。」「不動産購入をする際に、まずやっておくべきことが確認できてよかった。」といったコメントを頂きました。

当社では、今後も、ファーストタイムバイヤー向け、投資家向けなど、不動産購入に関するセミナーを開催していく予定です。
