New Year's Eve on Broadway, Manhattan, NY - 12/31/2014

The street has been crowded.  On 52nd & Broadway around 4:30pm on 12/31/2014.  They were ready for Times Square New Year's event!

The Guggenheim Museum - discount addimission on Saturday_Manhattan, NY

In Saturday Evening, The Guggenheim Museum in Manhattan, NY opens to the public with free-donation admission.  From 5:45pm-7:45pm.
I visited there on Sat. 12/27 around 6:10m, and found a very long waiting line.  It took about 40 minutes to enter the museum.  There were a few regular exhibitions, and they opened contemporary seasonal event exhibitions to the public. 

土曜日の夕方、マンハッタン・グッゲンハイム美術館が、寄付金スタイルの入場料で一般に門戸を開いており、12月27日（土）の６；１０ＰＭ頃、仕事帰りに立ち寄りました。しかし、そこには長蛇の列。美術館へ入るまで約40分の待ち時間がありました。クリスマスホリデー中の土曜日、観光客が多かったようです。
グッゲンハイムは、著名作家の質の高いコンテンポラリー作品を収集することでも有名。しかし、この夕方は、ピカソ、マネ等一部印象派画家の通常展示品はほんの一部開示されただけで、あとは現代作家の期間限定作品が公開されていました。少し残念。
ゆっくり美術館で時間を過ごそうと思いましたが、余りの人の多さに断念。一通り作品を見て終わりました。

Musiq Soulchild live @ B.B. King Blues Club in Manhattan on Monday, 12/22/2014

ライブに行きました。前回は、チャカ・カーンのオープニングライブとして、チラリとみましたが、今回はがっつりたっぷりＭＵＳＩＱのライブを味わいました。
歌がうまい！　声がよい！　音楽的才能にあふれたソングライターだと思います。　何という強烈なカリスマティックは感じないものの、心の琴線をくすぐるＬＹＲＩＣＳとサウンドが大好きです。
会場はノリのり！　まさにライブＭＵＳＩＣでした。

久しぶりのライブ。やっぱり生演奏を肌で感じることは大事！体の細胞が久しぶりにエキサイトしました。また、会場全員で１つなって歌うというのも醍醐味！

Raw fish is very fresh.  It's no smelly.  I love it.
I usually enjoy lunch time.

This was the appreciation party for Brokers related to The Stonehenge.
It was gorgeous, and there were many food and drink! Yay!

This is also the brand new rental apartment at East village in Manhattan.
The rental price seems to be a little high compared to the average price in the same area.  The each unit has washer and dryer.  The residential space is not huge, however, the building is located in the very convenient place.  Everything is brand new.
I again enjoyed cocktails and light bites on the beautiful rooftop with my co-workes.

マンハッタン・イーストビレッジにオープンしたレンタルアパート。各ユニット、洗濯機乾燥機付き。月額レンタル料は、付近の賃貸料やユニットスペースを考慮すると若干割高感があるものの、便利な立地と新築という点で注目を集めるかもしれません。ＬＵＸＵＲＹな屋上は、都会のオアシスともいえます。今回のオードブルは、本当に'Light fare' といえるほど、大したボリュームがなくちょっと残念でした。ビル１階には近々スーパーがオープンするようです。
