This rental apartment is very very very grand opening! Some parts of the building is still under constructed. This 126-unit modern residence has washer and dryer individually. The site is located within 10-15 minutes away from the closest subway station and 30-40 minutes from the heart of Manhattan without subway traffic jam. I think this residence is good for a long-term stay or permanent stay for domestic residents.

ダウンタウンブルックリンからやや南へ下った閑静な住宅街に、126ユニットをもつアパートがオープン。周辺には数個の学校があり、近々目と鼻の先に小学校が新しくオープンする予定。各室に洗濯機・乾燥機が設置され、綺麗好き日本人にもお勧め。ご駐在員の方より、長期滞在、永住滞在を目的とされる方にお勧めです。最寄の地下鉄Ｆラインから徒歩約１０～１５分、マンハッタン中心部までは地下鉄の混雑がなければ３０－４０分程度。
現地で知り合った、アメリカ人若手ＢＲＯＫＥＲと話が弾みました。
